ParaChat Server license fees are one-time fees, and are non-refundable. You may serve ParaChat rooms to an
unlimited number of Web sites for no additional fee. ParaChat Server Software is
all-inclusive, and there are no additional fees to add components or modules as a result.
Discounts Available: ParaChat offers discounted license fees to non-profit organizations,
educational institutions, non-commercial web sites, local governments, city governments, state
governments, provincial governments, and national governments. The discount is 10% off of our
standard license fees. If you would like ParaChat to review your web site for eligibility for

Adding More Users
It is easy to upgrade your server license to a larger license as your needs grow. There is no "penalty" for
doing so. The license fee is based on the difference between license fees for each license. If you purchase
a 50-user license and need to upgrade to a unlimited-user license, the fee is based on the difference between the
two fees. If you are upgrading from a free 5-user license, simply place an order for the new license
size that you require.
For example, a 50-user license costs $299.95, and an unlimited-user license costs $499.95.
The corresponding license fee to move from a 50-user license to an unlimited-user license
would be $200 (i.e. $499.95 minus $299.95 = $200). The new license key is conveniently
provided by email.

Payment Methods
ParaChat Group accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), by check or
money order, and by wire transfer. ParaChat accepts checks and money orders in US Dollars only, drawn on US
or Canadian financial institutions.
Upgrading Your Software
In the event of a maintenance release to your current version,
customers may upgrade their software at no extra fee. For more information about

the ParaChat Server Software documentation.
Upon the release of a new major version of ParaChat Server Software, existing customers have the
option of upgrading to the newest version at up to a 50% discount off the standard license
