ParaChat Hosted Reseller Program
We are pleased to offer an incentive-based, non-exclusive, branded, revenue-sharing opportunity for the resale of ParaChat hosted software solutions by qualified resellers. Resellers are ParaChat partners with whom we share the common objective of bringing best-of-breed chat solutions into new and vertical markets accompanied by extraordinary revenue-earning opportunities.
ParaChat software resellers benefit from three distinct revenue stream opportunities: 1) ParaChat software license fees, 2) secure encrypted chat fees, and 3) voice chat/video chat fees on ParaChat Advanced, Professional, Enterprise, Event and Mega Event. Qualified resellers earn a percentage of their cumulative gross monthly revenue generated from these revenue stream opportunities. The revenue share percentage is based upon either the total number of individual chat customers (not chat users) that are active each month, or the total gross revenue that your individual chat customers produce in chat software and peripheral feature sales each month. The larger the number of chat customers or gross revenue, the greater the revenue sharing percentage your organization can earn:
Earn 25% Revenue Share if chat customers (ParaChat Site ID's) number less than 75 active accounts
per month, or gross revenue* is US$500.00 to US$2999.00 per month
Earn 30% Revenue Share if chat customers (ParaChat Site ID's) number 75 to 149 active accounts
per month, or gross revenue* is US$3000.00 to US$4999.00 per month
Earn 35% Revenue Share if chat customers (ParaChat Site ID's) number more than 150 active
accounts per month, or gross revenue* is US$5000.00 or greater per month
*gross revenue is calculated on a per month basis using ParaChat's retail license fees for each individual service
level and peripheral feature.
Month 1: The reseller has resold ParaChat software to 140 customers in a single month, and the gross monthly revenue from those sales totalled US$13,000. Although the number of customers did not qualify the reseller for a Level 3 revenue share percentage, the gross revenue generated from the sales did. The reseller qualifies for a Level 3 35% share of the $13,000 gross revenue generated during the month, or $4,550. The reseller is responsible for collecting fees from their own customers. As such, the reseller is invoiced on the first day of the subsequent month for the 65% ParaChat share of the revenue, or US$8,450. The resellers payment to ParaChat is due by the 15th day of the subsequent month in order to maintain seamless continuity of ParaChat service to the reseller's customers.
Month 2: The reseller has resold ParaChat software to 32 additional customers, but 12 existing customers have canceled service. The gross monthly revenue totalled US$4,500. The reseller's adjusted total number of customers becomes 160 (140 from the previous month, plus 32, minus 12) continues to qualify the reseller for a Level 3 35% revenue share, even though monthly gross revenue dips below the Level 3 threshold. The reseller is invoiced for US$2,925 and keeps the 35% revenue share of US$1,575.
Setting up a reseller account is fast and easy, and requires only a US$500.00 deposit. The deposit is held for a 6-month period as collateral against billed license fees. Resellers with accounts in good standing after the introductory 6-month period will have their $500 deposit returned as a credit against their fourth monthly invoice. Open a reseller account.
