a free evaluation). Each agent
will download the ParaChat LiveHelp client to their Windows computer, and install it using a
standard, easy-to-use installation wizard. The ParaChat LiveHelp client is used by each agent
to live chat with visitors to your web site, to monitor web site traffic, and to view your web
site analytics. Your customer does not need to download or install any special software or
plug-ins in order to communicate with your agent(s).
Copy the tracking code included with the ParaChat LiveHelp client, and paste the code into the
web pages where you would like to monitor web site traffic, and/or display a click-to-chat image
to your customers. Once the code is embedded, you will begin to see visitors appear in your ParaChat
LiveHelp client. Just right-click on a visitor to view details about that visitor, or to send a
