This User Guide describes how to access and use chat room features. It is comprised of two sections:

This section is for users with newer versions of Java installed on their computer (Sun Java version 1.4.x and above).

This section is for users with older versions of Java installed on their computer (Microsoft JVM & Sun Java version 1.3.x and below). For the best end-user experience, and to access all available room features, we recommend upgrading your Java version. If you have an older version of Java installed on your computer, the "Lite" chat version will automatically load for you.
