ParaChat Enterprise OnSite - (EOS)

ParaChat Enterprise OnSite extends an opportunity for you to run our leading ParaChat Enterprise chat software in your own data center, and on your own hardware. Our technical sales team partners with you at every stage of the process from inception to production. We ensure that your hardware and software adhere to our required specifications so that our engineering team can successfully complete the ParaChat software implementation within your required timeframe.

ParaChat Enteprise OnSite is licensed on an annual basis for a recurring yearly license fee. The minimum license duration is one year. A one-time set-up fee is also charged for implementation-related costs. The set-up fee is based upon a variety of factors, and will be determined and quoted after an initial consultation. The full set-up fee, and 50% of the annual software license fee must be prepaid in order to schedule implementation. Once implementation has been completed satisfactorily, the remaining 50% of the software license fee becomes due. The one-time set-up fee and software license fee are non-refundable.
