Right-click a visitor session and select View Visit Details from the menu to display details about the visitor, and their visit history. The Visit Detail window also displays when the visitor session is double-clicked:
The Visit Detail window shows complete details of a visitor's visit. A list of Pages viewed during the visit.
Visit Detail Tabs
All Visits
This tab will list all previous visits for this visitor. Double-click a visit in this list to view that visit's detail.
Chats
This tab will list all chat sessions for this visitor. Double-click a chat session to view the chat transcript.
Call Backs
This tab will list all call back requests made by the visitor.
GEO-IP
Shows the visitors Country, City, Region and Organization (the Organization registered to the visitor's IP address). Latitude and Longitude are also shown. Click the View Using Google Maps button to view the visitor's geographical location using Google maps. Click View Map Using Microsoft Virtual Earth to view the visitor's geographic location using Microsoft Virtual Earth. Click the Search For Organization button to do a Google search using the Organization name.
Contact
This tab can be used to input and update contact information specific for this visitor.
Exceptions
Lists any exceptions raised against this visitor.
Trace
WhoIS
Use this tab to perform a WhoIs lookup using the visitor's IP address.
TraceRoute
Use this tab to perform a TraceRoute to the visitor's IP address.
Ping
Use this tab to Ping the visitor's IP address.
