Viewing Web Reports

ParaChat LiveHelp includes the option to access a full set of historical traffic analysis reports for the last 30 days. The data will build up from the day the ParaChat LiveHelp code is implemented in your web site if this option is purchased. Access reports by clicking the  image51.gif  button on the toolbar under the Reports tab.  If the Reports Tab does not display in the LiveHelp Client, then the Web Reports feature has not been purchased:

Upon clicking the Web Reports button, a web browser window with charts and reports will display. If prompted, input the same User Name & Password used to log into the ParaChat LiveHelp Client to access this feature.

Click a monitored web site tab from the top of the tabbed Web Reports interface to view reports from that site.

 

Traffic Summary

 

View a summary of traffic, top keywords, top referrers and site entry alerts for a monitored site by a date range.

 

Current Visitors

 

View a list of current visitors to a monitored site.  The list updates in real time, and includes the ability to view Visit Detail from a web browser.

 

Visitor Lists

 

View visitor lists for a date range, and by specific alert types.

 

Visitor Search

 

Input user search criteria, and select a Filter and date range from the pull-down menus. Search for IP address, DNS Name, Organization Name and Entry page. Use % characters for wildcard search.  For example, enter 98.% to search for any IP address beginning with 98. The report will then list all visits (on all dates) that match the criteria.

 

Visitor Chat Sessions

 

Search for and display visitor chat sessions by criteria and date range.

 

Charts & Reports

 

Access detailed traffic information and statistics using pre-existing query strings in Chart or Data format by date range.  Click the Exclude Weekends check box to exclude results for Saturdays & Sundays from the view.

 

Printing Charts & Reports

 

Click the Printer icon at the base of the report window to print the current report.

 

Exporting To Excel

 

Many charts and reports may be exported to Microsoft Excel. Click the Excel button at the bottom of the page if present to download the data with a .xls file extension to your computer.
