Click the Visit Lists button on the toolbar to view a list of All Visitors, or choose New Visitors Only, Returning Visitors Only, PPC Visitors Only, or Natural Listing Visitors Only to view lists of visits that have been flagged under these categories.
All Visitors
Display a list of all visitors to your web site for a selected date.
New Visitors Only
Display a list of only new visitors to your web site for a selected date.
PPC Visitors Only
Display a list of only visitors from paid search engine listings for a selected date.
Natural Listing Visitors Only
Display a list of only visitors from standard search engine listings.
Spiders Only
Display a list of only visits from spiders.
Search For Visitor
Search for visitors by IP address, DNS, Organization, Location or Referrer by date range.
Exceptions List
The Exceptions list shows any exceptions raised for the site. Exceptions are basically any event that is out of the ordinary.
Use the Previous Day and Next Day buttons to move back or forward 1 day, or click the Change Date button to select a different date.
Click the Visit Detail button, or double-click a visit, to show the full Visit Detail.
Prospects
View a list of visitors that have been flagged as Prospects.
Customers
View a list of visitors that have been flagged as Customers.
Chat Sessions
View a list of chat sessions for the selected date. Double clicking a chat session will show the full chat transcript.
Chat Sessions List
View a list of chat sessions for a selected date.
Call Backs Requested List
Shows a list of call back requests for a selected date.
