Set up ParaChat LiveHelp to monitor a web site. If the web site stops responding, or does not respond with the correct data, ParaChat LiveHelp will issue an email, an SMS message, and/or a pop-up message in the Client. To set up site monitoring, open the Site Properties and select the Touch tab.
