From The Visitor Lists menu, select Search For Visitor. Use this feature to search the ParaChat LiveHelp database for visits that match a specific criteria over all dates (that are held in the database).
In the Search For box, input the search criteria, then click the Search button.
The ParaChat LiveHelp Client sends the query to the ParaChat LiveHelp Server. The server sends the results back to the Client which are displayed. Double-click a visit to view the full Visit Detail.
