The ParaChat LiveHelp Client is a 32-bit Windows application that you install and run on your local computer. The Client is used by agents chat one-to-one with your web site visitors in real time, and to view comprehensive web site live statistics. The ParaChat LiveHelp Client will run on any Windows 2000, XP, Vista or 2003 computer, and with any type of Internet connection (56K dial-up, Cable, DSL, etc).
Once you have downloaded the Client, double-click the set-up program to start the set-up process.
Note: During installation, please ensure that you are logged on to your computer as a user with Administrative privileges.
The set-up will create a folder on your Start menu.
The screen shots below provide an example of what will display during the installation process. Follow the instructions within the standard installation wizard to install ParaChat LiveHelp on your computer.
