You can configure ParaChat LiveHelp so that visitors can select the Department or Agent that they want to chat to before they start the chat session. The chat request will then be directed to the chosen Department or Operator.
To enable this option, open the Site Properties - Visitor Chat - Opening Message tab:

From the Allow Visitor To Pre-Select Agent/Department drop down list, select the Department or Agent pre-selection option. Save the Site Properties. The pre-selection form will now be activated for new chat requests.
