Quickly and easily change the graphics that are used for the chat links on a web site. Right-click the site in the Monitored Sites tree, and select Site Properties. Select the Visitor Chat tab -> Graphics tab:
Changing the Agent Status Graphics

Under the Agent Status tab, the On Line graphic (the graphic that is displayed when agents are available), the Off Line graphic, and the Invite graphic (the graphic that is displayed when an 'invite' request is sent to a visitor) can each be customized. Click the Change button for each type. Select any GIF file on your computer, and then uploaded it to the ParaChat LiveHelp server. If you don't want any visible graphic to appear when agents are off line, click the Display Nothing When Off Line check box.
