In the Site Properties -> Visitor Chat tab, select the Logo tab. Under the Logo tab, click the Change button to select a GIF file that will be displayed in the chat window. For an exact fit, the GIF file should be 119 pixels wide by 199 high.
The logo is displayed in the position where Your Log Here is displayed in the chat window image below:
