This tab is used to enable the automatic emailed traffic reports that ParaChat LiveHelp can send you.
Send A Daily Activity Summary For This Site Each Day At Midnight
Enable this option to receive a daily email from ParaChat LiveHelp showing summary totals for visitor activity for the day. These emails are sent at midnight and are in PDF format,
Include Full Detail In Report
If this option is enabled ParaChat LiveHelp will append the full detail Alerts, Exceptions, Prospects & Spiders lists to the summary email. The email can be quite large if you have a busy site.
Send Weekly Traffic Summary Report
Enable this option to receive a weekly email from ParaChat LiveHelp showing traffic analysis reports for the previous week. These emails are sent at midnight on Sundays.
Send Monthly Traffic Summary Report
Enable this option to receive a monthly email from ParaChat LiveHelp showing traffic analysis reports for the previous month. These emails are sent at midnight on the last day of each month.
The traffic reports will be sent to your email address in PDF format. You can also manually request Daily, Weekly or Monthly reports for any date via the Reports toolbar button.
