If you have logged on to ParaChat LiveHelp with a user with access right of Allowed To Monitor Other Chats, then you will be able to monitor in real time the chat sessions of other agents with clients. This can be useful for training purposes. You can also send a private message (called a 'Whisper') to help the user respond to the visitor.
To monitor an existing chat session, click the Monitor Chat button on the ribbon bar, or right-click a current chat session and select Monitor Chat Session:

The chat session will then open:

You will be able to see both the user and visitor responses.
Any Whisper message that you enter will be sent to the other Agent, and will appear to the Agent in their chat session. The visitor will not see messages from you.
