Securely log into the client portal by visiting https://service.parachat.com. Once you have logged into the client portal you will have access to many different account options.
How to Cancel Your Chat Service:
Step 1: To Cancel your ParaChat Service click on the My Services link found under the Services Tab.
Step 2:
Click on the View Details
button for
the service you wish to cancel.
Step 3: Click
on the Request Cancellation
button.
Step 4. Enter
a brief description on why you would like to cancel, select the Cancellation
Type and click on the Request
Cancellation 
button.
