During a Video Chat session, a new browser window launches from the chat room with two video streams -- one Send and one Receive.  The Send video stream is the small stream in the lower right-hand corner.

During an Voice Chat session, a new browser window launches from the chat room through which the voice streams are broadcast.  No video is broadcast during an voice chat session.
