Transcripts have a maximum size of 500k before they roll over and a new transcript is created. This is due to some mail gateway limitations and downloading transcript speeds. Transcripts are sent out multiple times during the day if Email Daily Transcripts is enabled. When a transcript reaches 500k the transcript is put into que to be emailed out. If you have a very busy room you could receive emailed transcripts multiple times a day.
If you do enable email transcripts, please remember to set do_not_reply@parachat.com as allowed in your email spam settings.
