Free ParaChat LiveHelp Demo
Try a free demo of ParaChat LiveHelp chat software, an all-in-one live chat solution used to easily engage visitors on your web site,
and to effectively track and analyze visitor traffic. To begin the demo, please follow the steps below:
1. For testing purposes, you may log into the "Silverlight" version of our ParaChat LiveHelp Client right now using your web browser (this is a lite, web-based version which can also run out-of-browser):
If you would rather download and install the ParaChat LiveHelp Client on your computer instead of using the Silverlight Client,
try ParaChat LiveHelp on your own web site FREE for 60 days, and take the first step in converting previously unknown visitors into happy, long-term customers.
2. Log in using the following access information:
Authentication String: TESTDRIVE
User Name: test@parachat.com
Password: test
Display Name: input the name that you want visitors to see
Department: optional; input a department name, such as Sales or Support
3. Visit the test site:
http://www.parachat.biz
You will instantly see yourself appear in the Current Visitors list of your ParaChat LiveHelp Client. If there are multiple visitors on the test site, you should be able to identify your session from the DNS Name or Location that displays. You can watch yourself, as well as other users evaluating ParaChat LiveHelp, arrive at the test site, and move from page to page. You can send invite requests, and start chat sessions, with yourself and the other users. You will also be able to view the Web Reports from the Reports tab.
